Simplification of difference between a Random variable and a Stochastic process. A stochastic process is a more complex variable construct level. A Stochastic process may be composed of thousands of Random variables. Another angle is that a Stochastic process is almost always associated with time functions. Random variables can but don't have to be functions of time. PS - this is a simplification. In Math there are many different nuances associated with these terms and may be different to a general simplification i mentioned above. #biostatistics #datascience #stats #research #analytics
