Thank you Infosys Knowledge Institute , Infosys Topaz for bringing together a panel from diverse backgrounds and industries for exploring ideas on Powering an AI first Enterprise. Sharing some of the central themes I discussed: 💪 Building a Robust Data Foundation for effectively harnessing Generative AI. You need Robust Data foundations - those that are Comprehensive, Integrated and Governed. They allow you to leverage your Enterprise Data as your Real Differentiator. 🤖No one model will rule the world , hence you need to have the flexibility of leveraging multiple foundation and custom models for achieving business outcomes. 🎯With AI (as with anything else), you have to be stubborn on the Vision of where you want to get to with AI , but flexible on the details on how to get there , as things are moving rapidly in this space. 🔙📰 Think Big (but don’t Bet Big): Working backwards from your customers(leveraging effective mechanisms like Amazon’s PR FAQ -Press Release and Frequently Asked Questions) can actually help you think through your ideas completely from a customer perspective with all stakeholders in mind. Once ready with the PR FAQ , build an MVP / run a small scale experiment and then either learn from the failure or massively scale if successful ! Helps you be frugal and not waste money. 🍕Have an org structure that’s nimble enough to leverage, adopt and make AI useful for the enterprise. As with innovation, adoption of newer developments in technologies can never be constrained to a single team. Amazon’s Two Pizza teams are a good model to look at when organising yourself for innovation and moving fast.
