I recently spoke with Ebony and David, two patients who've benefited from remote blood pressure monitoring and medication management. Their stories show how these tools help providers respond quickly to patients' needs, supporting better health. As #Medicare and other payers expand digital health coverage, more patients are using at-home tools to share health data. At the Bipartisan Policy Center, we’re working to direct and implement these tools effectively, maximizing their impact on health outcomes and costs.
