Guess who's back after 3 weeks of silence treatment on LinkedIn? Yeah, it's me! I'm so excited to tell you where I was and what's been cooking 👀 In case you don't know, I've been working with an amazing team to build an AI product for 6 months now. The same work-from-home culture. But for the past 1 week, all of us worked together at an offsite in Cyprus. I must say, working with your team >>> working from home. So this is how it went: We were split into two different squads, each managed by David Feldstein and Matan Zutta. I was in David's squad. Each squad had specific tasks that it should accomplish by the end of the sprint. The daily routine was something like this: - 6 am morning exercises with Shahaf - not required for everyone (I am not a morning person at all 😂). - 9:30 am daily sync with the team after a tasty breakfast that was made by team members. - 10 am - 8 pm deep work (with fun inserted every 3 hours). - Chilling at the end of the day, dinner, and fun activities (trust me it's way more than gamified work activities and pizza parties) These were some of the best 7 days of my life, you know that thrill when you're at a water park. Like, that moment right before you drop, your heart's in your throat, and then whoosh! You're flying down, weightless, and then the refreshing splash? That's exactly how my thrill and excitement were – super good. Result: David's team i.e; we won this small hackathon, even though Matan hasn't admitted that we won yet. Have you ever had such a blasting experience at work where you're working face-to-face with the whole team (who is as crazy as you) and feeling surreal every minute? #offsite #amazingteam #teamwork #aiproduct

Alex Korzh I like the spirit of thinking that your squad won 😉 Actually we all won by being a part of the best team in the world 💪

Welcome back, your enthusiasm practically jumps off the screen from this pic and by reading this. Congratulations on winning hackathon and looking forward to read exciting updates from you.
