There are many different laser control systems of handheld laser machine, such as 2 in 1, 3 in 1, 4 in 1. Today I will introduce the SUP 4 in 1 laser system. There are 4 functions in this laser control system, welding, cleaing, cutting, weld cleaning. It is very easy to switch the different functions. Just need to switch the mode in the touch screen and change the copper nozzle. The cleaning width depends on the focal length of focus lens. There are 3 types of focus lens, F150mm, F400mm and F800mm. The cleaning width are 30mm, 60mm and 120mm. The standard focus lens is F150mm, cleaning width is 30mm. POOR WELD DEMO. OF A UNIQUE PROCESS. A little advice for those presenting weld equip. or weld consumables. This advice is especially appropriate to those presenting the weld process capability of new weld technology. The demonstration should provide in contrast to traditional arc weld processes, unique weld or application attributes or benefits such as enabling exceptional quality. Low weld heat input would provide both weld and part benefits. Higher weld deposition rates lead to lower labor costs and reduced weld heat with lower distortion. Cleaner and spatter free welds are always welcome as are less weld fumes. And please always educate potential new user’s on safety concerns. The unique hand held laser hybrid process can provide without question many remarkable benefits that we see daily on thin stainless, alloy steels and aluminum. However it also offers application limitations and of course unique serious safety concerns for weld shops. A DEMO LIKE THIS IS ON A POORLY SUITED APPLICATION DOES LITTLE TO ENCOURAGE THE USE OF THIS EXITING NEW HAND HELD WELD TECHNOLOGY. Happy new year. Regards Em.

This is when it gets ridiculous. As I mentioned in my last post, this merging hand held, laser hybrid weld process has specific thin applications in which it can provide unique weld benefits in contrast to GTA and GMA. Benifits that would especially justify the hand held laser for use in the weld shop. I also mentioned that the success of this process introduction relies greatly on those that mfg. and demo the product. However this post for many reasons is a good example of a process not suited and poorly demonstrated, a process that would offer nothing except excess safety hazards.
