Hints and tricks: Double PAC-MAN technique to explant by 2.2mm. This then allows to quickly implant a carlevale type lens without widening or suturing 😉

My #surgeryhack for the weekend: try the samurai technique while pulling out the trocars for better wound closure and less leakage. This video is 23 g and silicone oil, I would usually suture in all of my cases but have swichted to the sutureless samurai technique. What do you think??
