Taking a break from the daily grind is never easy, but this time I decided to do something different. For the first time in 6 months, I took a step back from the hustle and attended a 90-day planning session with Anu Khanna Instead of just working in the business, I finally learned how to work on the business. The weekend was an eye-opener. I walked away with a solid 90-day plan for personal & business growth. It's amazing what a little perspective can do! Plus, I had the pleasure of meeting so many inspirational people and networking with other business leaders. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I was awarded the Accountability Award for Q2 2024. Completely unexpected & incredibly rewarding. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best surprises come when you least expect them. A heartfelt thank you to Harneet Kaur & Anu Khanna . Your guidance and support have been instrumental. This award is a reflection of our collective effort. Remember, "Opportunities don't happen, you create them!" And sometimes, taking a step back can propel you forward. #Accountability #Recognition #BusinessGrowth #Teamwork #Mentorship #Networking #UnexpectedJoy

SOME SAY: "Another performance check-in to do..." I SAY: Another opportunity to grow, improve, and appreciate. Yesterday I’ve just wrapped up our mid-year performance reviews, and I’m excited about the great conversations that took place. These check-ins are more than just a routine—they’re a vital opportunity to give and receive feedback, realign on goals, and ensure we’re all on the right track. Q2 and Q3 were all about executing plans, refining designs, and bringing so many ideas to life. It’s been a period of intense focus, collaboration and increase partnership, and the progress we’ve made is truly inspiring. With three more months ahead, the team and I are energized and ready to keep the momentum going. There’s still a lot to achieve, and I’m confident we’ll close the year strong with even more successes to celebrate and more Partnerships to be grateful for. #PerformanceManagement #Feedback #GrowthMindset

Ah, the in-person team meeting, a place where coffee is plentiful and the handshakes are king and the hugs are queen. It's where we discover our secret talents, and where we learn about our ambitions – who knew? Most importantly, it's about the magic that happens when people come together. It's the spontaneous brainstorming sessions that start with a "What if..." and end with a world-changing idea. It's the accidental discoveries, the "bad" ideas are actually so bad they're brilliant and the questions or feedbacks that can ignite the solution to an issue. So, let's raise our coffee mugs to the in-person team meeting, where the real agenda is written between the lines, and the footnotes are where the next big thing is hiding. Here's to more learning and more discoveries. Because in the end, it's these moments that weave the fabric of a truly connected team. See you at the next Agora meeting my dearest UKI Client Success team – don't forget to bring your hidden talents and your fabulous ideas! 🍪😉 #TeamBuilding #Meeting #GrowthMindset #CustomerSuccess #CustomerSuccessExcellence #Csm #leadership #csleaders #csleadership #customersuccessleader #csthoughtleader

Your 80-hour workweek is NOT a badge of honor. It's likely a sign you're doing it all wrong. I used to do everything in my business and it KILLED my growth. Content creation, marketing, finance, client outreach...everything. It was exhausting, inefficient, and made it impossible to really scale the business. Then I realized: ↳ I'm not an expert in all of these other fields. ↳ And I don't have the time, patience, or desire to become one. ↳ But I DO know how to find people who ARE. So I started focusing on my strengths: building relationships, closing deals, and leading my team And started DELEGATING the rest to the experts. 🤝 🚫 Quit trying to figure out HOW to do everything. ✅ Focus on WHO can help you do it better. (There’s a book on this, I recommend picking it up!--Who not How) You'll never scale the business or grow the team if you insist on doing everything yourself. → Ask yourself, what's the ONE task you know you need to let go of right now? And then, WHO is the right person you can delegate or bring in that will do this right. #Leadership #whonothow #businessowner

Not Getting Recognition? Here’s How to Turn It Around!” Sometimes, even when you’re giving your best at work, the recognition you deserve may not come your way. It can be frustrating, but here’s the thing—this is not a reflection of your value or contributions. Here are a few solutions to turn things around: 1. Communicate Your Achievements: Sometimes, people are not aware of your hard work. Don’t hesitate to share your progress and successes in a way that highlights the impact you’re making. 2. Seek Feedback: Talk to your manager or peers to understand if there’s anything you can improve. Constructive feedback can help you grow and align your efforts with organizational goals. 3. Build a Strong Network: Recognition often comes from those who know your work. Building relationships within your team and across departments can increase visibility. 4. Focus on Your Development: At times, recognition might be delayed. Keep sharpening your skills, staying adaptable, and investing in self-improvement. Success will follow. 5. Celebrate Small Wins: Recognition doesn’t always need to come from others. Take a moment to celebrate your own growth and progress. Remember, recognition is a part of the journey, not the destination. Keep pushing forward! #WorkplaceSuccess #PersonalGrowth #RecognitionMatters #LeadershipTips #ProfessionalDevelopment

Some host awards 🏆 Others have an end of year review 📃 My question to you is - When do you reward and recognise excellence within your team? It's really hard to keep everyone motivated when they have to wait until Christmas to find out how well they've been doing for the last 12 months. That's why we need a implement a process of monthly reviews, appraisals, weekly achievement celebrations and regular social activities. It all adds up to making sure that you're people feel valued. When they see that you recognise their value, they put more value into their work 🥳 So what are you doing to recognise your top performers, and do you reward those small incremental changes too? If you want to make the process EVEN better, drop me a DM and let's talk. Just don't leave it until Christmas before you take action... #Awards #Recognition #Celebrations

Picture this: an innovative program born from a simple idea, built step-by-step, and carried forward by a team that saw the potential to truly make a difference. Together, you brainstormed, overcame challenges, and poured your efforts into bringing this vision to life. From ideation to launch, you put in the hours, the heart, and the dedication to see it thrive in the real world. Or perhaps you’re a leader who’s spent countless hours building something impactful, sometimes feeling alone in the journey yet driven by the purpose of creating lasting change. Now, imagine the moment your program, your team, or you as a leader are recognized—your name is called, applause fills the room, and every ounce of your hard work is validated. You look around at your team, and you all know that this is the reward for what you’ve all achieved together. If you don’t apply, you may never know that feeling. Don’t miss your chance! Enter the Transform Awards by this Friday, Nov. 15th We can't wait to see what you've been creating and achieving. See the link in the comments to enter or nominate someone who deserves to be recognized. #TransformAwards #TeamRecognition #LeadershipExcellence #InnovativePrograms #WorkplaceTransformation
