This weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a program organized by Oluwakemi Olorode CEO of IDCL Africa Africa, titled Future Proofing Your Business: Dominate the Present Media Through the Right Market. The event featured insightful sessions from industry experts like Shola Animashaun Fola Folagbade and Enioluwa Adeoluwa I have to say, the experience was truly impactful, and I don’t regret a single moment spent there. Key takeaways: Create content that resonates with your audience. – Dr. Shola Aminashun Make intentional decisions that connect you with the right people in your industry. – Eniola Adeoluwa While the event was geared towards entrepreneurs looking to leverage social media for business, the lessons apply just as much to corporate companies. In today’s digital world, connecting with your audience and making strategic decisions are crucial for success, no matter the industry

Dr. Augustine Onwumere is such a powerhouse of business knowledge. This man single-handedly transformed the Real-Estate industry in Nigeria. When you see people ask you to pay a deposit and spread the rest over a period of time to buy a property, this is the person that started it in Nigeria. Not only that, he has such a fantastic model of running business through network marketing that blows my mind all the time. Haven't you wondered how come there is a PWAN Homes branch almost everywhere you go? It's because he has mastered how to get people to make money for him in several areas while they also make money for themselves. He shared some of these secrets with us at the Biblical Billionaire Bootcamp in May and I thought, wow.. I need this man to share this with more of my people. Thank God he agreed to be with us at The Biblical Billionaire Conference in October this year. People paid N250k to learn this from him in May, now you just have to pay N38K for not just him but all the other speakers coming for the conference. This is an opportunity you don't want to miss. An opportunity to hear the secrets of success from the mouths of the big men themselves. This year's conference, somehow, though unplanned, we have many speakers who revolutionized their industries. Clearly, God wants to raise some industry disruptors. Don't miss it for anything. Click Selar.co/BBConference2024 to get your ticket now. This kind of Conference only comes up once in a lifetime. Get your ticket now. I really want you to succeed.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 36 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 🚀 Imagine needing to attract thousands of business leaders to a major virtual event—with barely a day to get the word out. For Access Forum 2024, Nigeria’s premier business and economic event, Promitis LTD took on the challenge. Under the direction of Chikodi Ngwaba, founder of Promitis, I served as the creative strategist, collaborating to craft an explainer video that would break through the noise and drive fast registrations. 🎬 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 Our inspiration came from a Google ad I’d seen—a powerful example of high-impact storytelling. With this in mind, we focused on a few key elements to create an engaging, value-driven video that could make a lasting impact in seconds: 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Featuring prominent figures like Wale Edun, Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Economy, and Taiwo Oyedele, Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms and other speakers, we underscored the exclusive access attendees would get to top insights. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: Every second was scripted and designed to inform, hook, and retain attention, ensuring key points resonated immediately. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗧𝗔: A direct link to registration ensured a seamless transition from interest to action. 🎉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁? Thousands of attendees registered in record time, proving the power of focused strategy and compelling storytelling. 🔗 Check out the video below—does it make you want to join the Access Forum? . . . . . . #CreativeStrategy #VideoMarketing #ExplainerVideo #AccessForum2024 #BusinessGrowth

From A Pro To A Thought Leader Series - 14. How LinkedIn Groups Helped Mbali Become a Thought Leader Mbali, a young and eager entrepreneur from Johannesburg, felt lost in the vast online jungle of LinkedIn. She'd post interesting articles, but they got swallowed by the endless feed. Discouraged, she felt like a lone springbok wandering the plains, unseen and unheard. One day, a wise old sangoma named Thandiwe noticed Mbali's struggle. "Child," Thandiwe said kindly, "there's strength in numbers. Look for the watering holes where your kind gather." Intrigued, Mbali searched for LinkedIn groups focused on entrepreneurship. She found a vibrant group called "Lionesses of Business," filled with women like her, sharing ideas and experiences. Mbali started small, commenting thoughtfully on other posts, just like a curious cub learning from the pride. Soon, Mbali felt confident enough to share her own experiences. She posted an article about overcoming challenges as a young entrepreneur. The response was amazing! Other Lionesses offered advice and support, just like a helpful elephant sharing its wisdom. Mbali realized LinkedIn groups weren't just about information, they were about building connections. Inspired, Mbali even started her own group for young entrepreneurs in South Africa, naming it "Building Baobab Trees." She set clear guidelines, like the rules of a peaceful elephant herd, to keep discussions friendly and productive. Just like Mbali, you too can transform from a lone traveler to a connected thought leader! LinkedIn groups offer a powerful platform to: ✔️Find Your Tribe: Connect with like-minded professionals in your field. ✔️ Share Your Wisdom: Become a valuable resource by contributing insightful content. ✔️Learn from Others: Grow your knowledge by engaging in meaningful discussions. ✔️ Build Your Reputation: Establish yourself as a trusted voice in your industry. Ready to join the conversation and elevate your profile? Let's find your perfect watering hole! #LinkedInLioness #ThoughtLeader #GrowYourNetwork #GroupPower

Did you know that 75% of small business owners in Africa suffer the most because they see their “potential collaborators and partners” as competitors and threats? I was talking today on our live webinar on Facebook on the topic “how to leverage partnerships and collaboration for growth” and I was telling them that this world is already too difficult for you to be thriving for success alone. The place of collaboration and partnerships can never be overemphasized. The people you think are your competitors might just be your next big partner.🤷🏻♀️ Instead of seeing everything as a threat, think about the ones you can collaborate with and work with. This video won’t do justice to this gist at all, you can watch the full video on our Facebook page Genius Hub Limited and thank me later. 🌍 Collaboration and shared resources are essential for small businesses in Africa. With rising costs and challenging economic policies, thriving as a small business requires resource management and strategic partnerships. 💡 Take, for example, a photographer and a makeup artist. Instead of paying separate rents and fuel costs, they can collaborate and share resources. A customer coming for a photo shoot is likely to want makeup done at the studio, and a makeup client might opt for a few professional photos. 📸💄 This type of collaboration not only saves costs but also creates opportunities for mutual growth. Small businesses must leverage every opportunity to succeed. As Isimeme Whyte brilliantly highlighted in this video, working together is the way forward. Thank you, Isimene, for your insightful perspective! 🙌✨

The Power of Visibility and Availability in Connecting Africa Today, I had the privilege of diving deep into the future of entrepreneurship in Africa at the Entrepreneurship Organization Ignite event in Johannesburg. Among the many voices that resonated with wisdom and insight, Dr. Mzamo, CMO of Google Africa, stood out with a message so potent yet so elegantly simple, it felt like a revelation. 🌍 Connecting Africa🌍 - this isn't just a phrase; it's our mission. As entrepreneurs, we are the architects of the future. Dr. Mzamo shared his team's behavior change research, revealing the critical role of visibility and availability. It's not just about being seen; it's about being present and accessible. This, my friends, is the golden key to conversions, to impact, to truly connecting with our communities and beyond. And here's a nugget of gold that struck me deeply: businesses, our businesses, hold more trust among people than political or religious institutions. Pause and let that sink in. In a world of flux, where trust is a currency, we, as entrepreneurs, wield incredible power and responsibility. This isn't just about market dynamics or strategies. It's about trust. It's about how we, as businesses, can be beacons of reliability and integrity in our communities. The implication? We have an unparalleled opportunity to drive positive change, to shape societies, and to uplift economies across Africa. The Magic of Trust- With this trust comes an immense opportunity. An opportunity to not only grow our enterprises but to contribute to a larger narrative of progress, unity, and empowerment across the continent. So, here's my call to action to you, my fellow entrepreneurs and leaders: Let's harness the power of our visibility and availability. Let's be more than businesses; let's be trusted partners in the journey towards a connected, empowered Africa. Together, we can transform our societies. Together, we can ignite the promise of Africa.
