Today and every day, we have so much gratitude for our team, our partners, our supporters, and all those on the ground working day in and day out to keep families safely together. Expressing gratitude feels good, and it actually boosts our overall sense of wellbeing! Recent research shows that the power of gratitude can positively impact our emotional and social wellbeing, sleep quality, reduce the risk for depression, and increase favorable markers of cardiovascular health.
