⚡ Thermal Imaging Assessment: Sennebogen Control Cabinet Temperature Fault ⚡ During a routine inspection, a Sennebogen machine triggered a "Control Cabinet Temperature" alarm on the operation panel. To ensure accurate diagnostics and peace of mind, we conducted a thermal imaging scan of the entire enclosure to check for any excessive heat from the electrical components. Diagnosis: Thermal imaging revealed that all components were operating within normal temperature ranges, ruling out overheating as the cause. Further Investigation: Upon deeper analysis, we traced the issue to the enclosure thermostats, which had activated a heater inside the cabinet. Solution: We adjusted the thermostat settings to prevent unnecessary heating and further checked for system consistency. The thermal imaging helped confirm that the system components were functioning properly, and additional investigation resolved the fault, ensuring reliable and safe operation. #ThermalImaging #ElectricalDiagnostics #PreventiveMaintenance #Automation #SystemReliability #FaultResolution
