Have you heard of the Gratitude Jar? It's a practice that you can implement to become more grateful for the things in your life. And it's simple! Everytime you think of something that you're grateful for, write it on a small piece of paper and put it in a jar. Then, next time you're having a challenging day or going through a difficult season, you can re-open the jar to get some perspective. By reading through the many blessings in your life, it can help you to recognise that things aren't so bad. Gratitude. So often when we talk about it, it's framed around the benefits of reflecting on what we can be grateful for. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of evidence to support the internal practice of gratitude. But how about we go one step further in the process and consider actions to take as a result?
