Members of The ALKU Foundation and ALKU were thrilled to attend and support Boston Scores' Inspired Art event at the City Winery! 🎨 Inspired Art is a unique fundraiser that brings together local artists and young poets from Boston Scores. Community artists review poems composed by Boston Scores 4th-6th grade Poet-Athletes and create original works of art inspired by these poems. The resulting pieces, ranging from pencil drawings to sculptures, are displayed alongside the poems at the event. The event featured over 40 original works of art, a short speaking program, and a powerful performance of an original poem by a Boston Scores Poet-Athlete.
