Lateral Idea For Restaurant Owners - Have no #pricelist in #menu of your #restaurant if you are a restaurant #owner. Just keep a VALUE BOX. Let Customers decide how much they wish/can pay. This way, you will have #employees with ultra #motivation to scale up the #business and #quality. It is rare that people are shameless and wouldn't pay. But note that, they may not be paying due to valid reasons...They lost a job, really have no money, they are homeless. Trust me ! You will thank me later if you get awesome 30% of customers paying you. Why ? Because, your #creative restaurant will break the #prejudice that one really has to pay to eat.
