How to solve this problem? HL-Kattor comes up with an Intelligent Incremental Launching Jack System to accompany #BridgeErection equipment like #DerrickCrane: In this demo, a construction site done by us, features side #LaunchingSpan of 239m between the main pier and side pier, with beam structure in whole span weighing up to 3800 Tons. This is a Bridge #ConstructionEquipment, including Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical modules, made of #JackUnits. Size: 2.5m*0.7m*0.9m; (per Single) #LiftingCapacity 3500kg; (per Single) #MovementPrecision: within 1mm.(per Single) Mechanism: #ComputerControl system achieves #SynchronousActions of #JackingGroups, namely vertical jacking-up, longitudinal forward movement, vertical lowering-down, and longitudinal back movement to initial position (with #SideAdjustment options). Repeated #LoopMoves efficiently launch #SteelGirder into the right position onshore, completing the whole bridge starting from middle part to the river sides.  

Assistant Thruster When a pipeline with large diameter & great length is being back-pulled into a borehole in thick sand layers or in other soft strata susceptible to collapsing, the resistant force exerted on the back pulled pipe is possibly much greater than the capacity of the rig, therefore an assistant thruster should be used at the tail end of the back-pulled pipe to assist installing. Huayuan has independently developed and manufactured the HY-500T Type Assistant Thruster (for steel pipe installation)which was first satisfactorily used for assisting the back-pull of the Liaohe River HDD Work.
