For the ninth year in a row, ANA has been awarded the Gold Recognition in Pride Index 2024 assessment by "Work With Pride,” a Japan-based nonprofit that promotes a safe and welcoming workplace for the LGBTQ+ community. The award is given based on five pillars: 🔴 Policy + 🟠 Representation + 🟡 Inspiration + 🟢 Development + 🔵 Engagement/Empowerment = 🟣 Gold Recognition ANA prioritizes fostering a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees. We have actively and proudly supported LGBTQ+ rights through various educational initiatives, including seminars, e-learning courses and discussion groups.
