For every action, there is a reaction When a naval gun from the 1800's is fired there is a recoil of the canon. But the recoil is controlled by ropes and pullies. "Mind the gap" - the gap is the time and the space from the action to the final resting place of the reaction - the #recoil. For every action in business, there is a reaction. Not only with the client but also within the business. The #process of #production and the #progress of the business. The greater the #pressure of a business to succeed the greater the reaction within the business. "Mind the gap" As pressure increases the deviation to ignore important steps in the process becomes normalized. This is where errors wastage occur in a business sinking and losing valuable revenue at every step The application of the Laws of Thermodynamics occurs. The greater the heat the greater the pressure over time leading to chaos Thus "mind the gap" to reduce the probability of normalization of deviation of the processes within the business to increase the well-being of the business and the people in the business and customers' businesses. https://lnkd.in/g4_NU6xk
