There is a growing digital divide between generations. As services and communities increasingly move online, it's important that nobody is left behind. Through our Hi Digital programme, we're helping to develop digital skills amongst those who have rarely, or never, been online. Attending Digital Isle yesterday was a great reminder that we’re all still learning - no one has all the answers. And if they say they do, they’re probably fibbing! 🤭 From the uncertainty around how AI will shape the future, to digital education for the next generation, networking nerves, and even being camera shy (🙋♀️), it’s clear that everyone has their own challenges to face - even the most innovative thinkers and leaders in the room. The answer? I’m not sure! But I’m pushing myself to embrace the unknown. AI isn’t optional - you’ll get left behind if you don’t adapt. So to anyone facing their own doubts, here’s a reminder: challenge yourself, face your fears, believe in yourself, and remember - every day is a school day. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being open to learning, adapting, and moving forward. Happy weekend all! 🥳
