If you’re looking for a lifechanging book to read this holiday season, then you must read this book! Our Markd Global audience is typically leaders on a journey from success to significance. What sparks change? It’s when you’re half way through career and life and suddenly all your external forms of success matter less and your heart craves more meaning. Milestones and memories. I turned 40 yesterday AND my book, Make Work Work for You is available now for pre-order to be delivered in November! And although I spent many years in the lead up to creating my "literary masterpiece" about to be released – the concept of Make Work Work for You is not just the name I came up with for the book, it is also the mantra I live by and teach to leaders, teams and organisations. The title means I see there is a lot more to work and leadership than people turning up for work, and merely existing or coping. The whole point of what I do as an author, director and facilitator is based on my commitment to offering critical insights and guidance, so your work and life are sustainable, enjoyable and successful (regardless of your neurotype). Read more about what Make Work Work for you really means in my latest blog >>> https://lnkd.in/gbmJND-s #makeworkworkforyou #mantraofwork #threepedalsofexcellence

🤔 Today's life and leadership invites deeper examination. 😎 Part of being a leader is examining your patterns - actually for being a human being. 🧑🏾💻 I've created a tool for you to unwind patterns that are no longer of service - by stepping into conscious commitments. ✌️ “You may drift back into an old behavior a few times or even a few hundred times. Gather yourself and recommit” WHAT CAN YOU DO? 📘 You can learn more about conscious commitments in Chapter 8 of my book, Evolution Revolution » https://lnkd.in/d9_AhKz 📝 This blog will support you: https://lnkd.in/gb_PXYSv 📲 Download my worksheets to get started: https://lnkd.in/e4EEmsE #consciousleadership #EvolutionRevolution #peopledevelopment #learning #innovation #resilience #compassion

Time for another book post! 📚 Recently, I've delved into some incredible reads that have truly challenged my perspectives on life and leadership. Each book has sparked new thoughts and inspired me in unique ways. 🔹 Atomic Habits: This book sheds light on the power of small changes that lead to significant transformations, reshaping how I approach daily habits and long-term growth. 🔹 Pray, Decide, and Don’t Worry: A faith-driven guide that aligns decision-making with core values, offering peace and clarity during uncertain times. 🔹 Never Finished: David Goggins' relentless pursuit of mental and physical toughness motivated me to reframe limitations and view discomfort as a catalyst for growth. 🔹 Start With Why (my personal favorite): Simon Sinek’s emphasis on leading with purpose continues to resonate, emphasizing the importance of understanding the deeper "why" behind our actions and inspiring others. What books have challenged or inspired you recently? I'm eager to hear your recommendations! #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #Inspiration #BooksToRead #DoWhatChangesYou
