Created by the VIA Institute on Character, this non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing the science of character strengths to the world. Through this survey, I learned that my top three super powers are #honesty, #selfregulation and #leadership — pretty cool (and pretty accurate) if I do say so myself! 😊 While there is beauty in self improvement and leaning into skills and attributes that come less naturally to us (something we should all embrace!), there is also something to be said about playing to your strengths.
