As leaders if use these goals to guide the way we behave our organization will be moving in the right direction. Intentional and consistent feedback demonstrate that you see and notice the work your front line workers. The lack of this type of feedback can be career breakers for many of our millennial and Gen Z workers. Especially in the teaching business getting reminded of the difference we can make is critical. This acknowledgment will provide the motivation to push through the frustrating times. This type of work culture needs to be the norm.
