Banners on websites and anonymous voting that wins company awards are all really neat and pretty, however, if you want to know the true soul of a company look at the operational turn-over rate. When the admin support and executive branch are all celebrating years with their stable employment the real story comes from the revolving door of those workers that don’t get any perks and do most of the manual labor.
