I send one invoice each week. (to one client) Before you panic; Our company is sending many invoices, to many clients. (bh) And we have a team for this. But in the early day's of our company, when I was still doing invoicing myself, I made a promise to a client: We agreed on a custom invoicing cycle. one that fits his bookkeepers style. Since than we have grown tremendously bh. And while I've delegated the entire AP/AR process, I'm still personally sending invoices to this client on my own, and here's why: Our AP/AR team was trained to follow a process. and I didn't want to confuse them with custom instructions for specific clients. I thought that the best would be if I'm in charge of this client, completely. So to this day, This is the one invoice I'm sending on my own. Promise made. Promise Kept.
