People don’t believe me when I talk about trust and developing psychological safety, amongst other intangibles. Mumbo jumbo. Hogwash. Hippie talk. They want hard and measurable results. But we know that the highest performer is not always the best leader. Top performers are great, but the intangibles have to be there. I’ve been disappointed by high performers in high positions, but I’ve never been disappointed with the person who is committed, trustworthy, and coachable.

Nothing to add! 🎯 Building trust, in the digital world, is our vision.

Trust is never a metric on transitions where even if trustworthiness exist, trusting might be irrelevant even if being trusted might be decisive. Change in direction for path seeking results in humility being the most important aspect of trust AWARDING. In transitions having references is deciding according to your groups metric, not forgetting the requirement of resilience or one might not be ready for the path. Not forgetting the need for systemic resilience means a reference must be trusted by everyone and understand the need of each individual group whose trust it can handle.

💯 high performance can be taught, people can be developed, nurtured and coached. Integrity and honesty is ingrained in you it’s who you are. Tell me one lie and my trust in you is lost.

This is VERY important cause compared with people at low-trust companies, people at high-trust companies report 74% less stress, 106% more energy at work, 50% higher productivity, 76% more engagement, 29% more satisfaction with their lives, and 40% less burnout. ❤️

Goal commitment with trust in leader and faith in members by the organization play a greater role in high performance !

Trust builds lasting success. Highlighting leadership skills rooted in trust can make your resume stand out.

Trust is the foundation of any successful team. While high-performing individuals are important, it's equally important to promote and recognize those who demonstrate trustworthiness in their actions and decisions. Trust builds strong relationships, fosters collaboration, and ultimately leads to better results.
