There's, you know, many different components to the ecosystem. There's science journalism, there's regulatory, there's legal, there's investment, there's business developments, there's sales, there's marketing. So there's many different ways to become involved. But as far as actually getting into the laboratory, what I know is starting at the college level in the university. And so they're getting into a lab, actually doing the work. Would be the most important thing.
