Absolutely love kickstand RDLs for building hamstring strength and resilience. This is just one of several exercises I include to help build robust hamstrings in preparation for short, intermittent explosive bursts in beach volleyball. Kickstand RDLs do an amazing job at targeting the hamstrings in a back-friendly fashion. Give them a try! I love my silent workouts: No music, no people in the gym. This helps ME focus!
