Accountability, no matter how big you are is reserved for the humble. It takes humility to report yourself to someone who will eventually correct you. It takes accountability for anything to grow even though you are in charge of it. Be accountable to yourself and your team. #BeHumble #BeAccountable

The 10 things truly confident people don’t do... 💡 They Don’t Fall Prey To Others’ Opinions 1. Overdo it with “proving themselves”. 2. Determine their worth through external praise or validation. 3. Let someone else’s expectations determine their path in life. 4. Act defensively or closed off to new people / ideas / opinions. 💡Drive Their Own Life / Use Their Own Voice 5. Wait for approval from others or ask for permission. 6. Shy away from speaking up for their values and opinions. 7. Compete with anyone except themselves. 💡They Take Action 8. Shy away from doing things differently & taking risks. 9. Shy away from taking decisions. 10. If I’ve learned anything in life, it’s that you have to doggedly go after what you want until you get it. Passively waiting is a losing game. Embrace responsibly for all your outcomes. If you don’t own your failures, you can’t own your victories. Where are you relinquish responsibility, you relinquish control. Radical ownership + dogged persistence = the superpower of getting things done

We all battle all our Life to control our EGO. As little as the word seems....the repercussions of living with it are multifold. There are 7 ways to control this little road block to relationships and achieving our goals in Life. May seem tough to follow but who said Life was easy ! 😊 - STOP GETTING OFFENDED - Do not let people and their actions perpetually bother you. Some things are NOT in your control. - DON'T BE SUPERIOR - Leadership is being better than your past self, not OTHERS. - YOU ARE NOT YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS - Achievements are important in Life but they do not define who you ARE. - WINNING ISN'T EVERYTHING - Winning is important but if you lose it cannot affect your self worth. - LET GO OF CONTROL - Accept that you don't rule the World and do not attempt at micromanaging people and their actions. - KNOW WHEN TO STOP - Ego is never satiated. So know when to stop thriving for more. - YOU CANNOT BE RIGHT ALWAYS - Let go of the need to be right always. You can allow others to win too ! Easy or difficult to imbibe ??? 🙂

In both professional and personal life, rejection is inevitable, but how we respond to it defines our growth. Instead of begging, chasing, or losing confidence, embrace rejection as a sign that you're on the right path — one that leads to better opportunities. Knowing your worth means you don’t have to settle for less or seek validation from others. Choose yourself first, trust your value, and let the right opportunities come to you. Resilience, self-respect, and patience will always lead to more rewarding outcomes in the long run. #leadership #leadershipthoughts #humble #rejections #keeptrying

Let's talk about failure! 💥 It's a funny thing, isn't it? We all try to avoid it, but it's an inevitable part of life and business. Embrace the learning opportunity: Think of it as a chance to learn and grow. Every failure is a chance to analyze, adjust, and try again. Don't dwell on it: Sure, it can sting, but don't let it stop you. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move on. Celebrate your successes: Each time you overcome a challenge, celebrate your wins! It keeps you motivated and focused on the bigger picture. Remember, failure is not the end of the world. It's just a detour on the road to success. What's one failure you learned the most from? 😊 Share your experience in the comments below!

Accountability vs. Responsibility Accountability is done to you. It’s done by the industrial system, by those that want to create blame. Responsibility is done by you. It’s voluntary. You can take as much of it as you want. - Seth Godin #responsibility #TakeIt #mindset
