For FMCG guys they must do rural internships as there's so much to learn about consumer preferences and buyer behaviour.

I always ponder upon a question that- Why does an internship matter so much? Is it just a stepping stone, or is it where the real journey begins? And now I think, I got my answer. As my internship at Modesto Crop Protection Ltd. comes closer to its end, it has been an eye-opening experience. It's not just about the hands-on work in marketing and finance; it's about the late nights, the problem-solving, and the excitement of being part of something bigger. Each project I take on and each skill I hone feels like a small victory, as this experience is not just about building a career; it's about embracing every moment and learning something new every day. To everyone out there, please just remember that it’s not just a temporary phase—it's a foundation for the future we are building.
