SIR JIM RATCLIFFE TO IMPLEMENT CHANGES AT MANCHESTER UNITED New Dining Restrictions at Carrington Training Ground: Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the new shareholder at Manchester United, is shaking things up at the club. One of the changes he is making involves banning staff from dining with the first team at the Carrington training ground. What's Changing? According to a report from The Daily Mail, staff members who do not directly work with the players will no longer be allowed to eat in the same canteen as the first team. This means they will no longer have access to the elite food that the players enjoy. Looking to Improve Performance: Despite a less than stellar performance in the Premier League, Manchester United showed they still have what it takes by defeating rivals Manchester City in the FA Cup final. It seems that Ratcliffe is hoping to see a boost in performance and standards by implementing these changes at the club. Recapturing Glory Days: As the Red Devils aim to recapture their past glory, it's clear that Ratcliffe is determined to make changes that will help the team reach new heights. Only time will tell if these changes will have the desired impact on the team's performance.

When we ask private clubs about profitability in their F&B operation, we often get a chuckle on the opposite side of the desk. "Sunk cost", "necessary expense", "required amenity" are common replies. Roster your private club with ClubBuy and we can bring your food cost down and balance your P&L.

Natalie from Lost in the Lanes exaplains how running a business has helped her grow as a person: “I didn’t know if I could work for myself. But I’ve grown hugely, from someone who had little confidence to find myself five years on. I’m not a professional restauranteur, but I am running my own restaurant when I never thought I’d be able to.” #business #businesssupport #businessinsurance #independentbusiness #smallbusinessuk #supportsmallbusiness #shopindependent #shoplocal #businessowner #businessownersuk #smallbusinessowner

It's coming to that time of year where you might be thinking about joining a golf club. Here are few things I would look for when joining a club: ⛳ Firstly get a tour of the club and their locker room facilities. Check they will be able to provide a locker for you. ⛳ Check out the Food & Beverage facilities and check when they are open throughout the year. Some may close in the winter months. ⛳ Ask about current Membership numbers in your category. ⛳ Ask how many competitions they have & the entry fees (could add up over time) I've put together a list of other things to look for on my website. I'll put the link below in the comments section
