📢 Meet the judges for The Altos! 📢 With The Altos shortlist announced, our 13 judges have been busy reviewing the entries! They’ll have their work cut out in this next critical phase of The Altos — the awards event that recognises and celebrates the most innovative hospitality operators in the corporate accommodation industry. The Judges Linda Rafferty, K2 Linda is Global Head of Compliance and ESG at K2, where she’s spent 12 years across a range of roles at the corporate mobility specialist including the creation and delivery of training programmes and organising company conferences for 1,000 delegates. Tracey Loader, Sirva Tracey is Director, Global Account Management at Sirva. She’s been at the RMC for two years. Khadeeja Islam, Agrekko Khadeeja is Head of Global Mobility at Aggreko, and has 15 years of experience in mobility, with previous roles at Colt Technology, Anglo American, Credit Agricole and Unilever. Thomas Standring, Takeda Tom is a global mobility expert, with more than 15 years of industry experience. His assignments have taken him all around the globe. Anita Randerwala, DNV Anita is Head of Business Travel Compliance at DNV. She has 15 years of experience executing and monitoring international assignments. Dominic Offer, Harmony Dom is Sustainability Manager at Harmony Relocation Network. He is passionate about fostering a culture of sustainability within and beyond his organisation. Ami Lovelock, Sterling Ami is Account Director, Client Solutions at Sterling Lexicon, and experienced in managing operational delivery of mobility services. Pelin Dede, The Advantage Travel Partnership Pelin is Head of Accommodation at The Advantage Travel Partnership, where she is driving the strategy for the group’s global accommodation proposition. Berna Anderson, BD Berna is Director Global Mobility & Co-lead Workplace 2025 as well as HR Leader, Central Sales and Marketing Organization, at BD. Beatrice Dina, Sirva Beatrice is Client Strategic Partner Manager at Sirva. She has also held various positions at BGRS, where responsibilities included Team Lead and Consultant. Soren Sturup-Toft, Databricks Soren is Immigration and Global Mobility Lead EMEA & APJ at Databricks, and has extensive experience transforming, developing and running strategic high volume global mobility programmes. Jennifer Elsby (GMS) (MIM plus), WHR Jenny is Head of Operations - Client Services Manager EMEA at WHR Global. She is a strategic leader and supports a range of client relocation and global mobility needs. Janice Wass, Leonardo Janice is Head Of Global Mobility at Leonardo UK. She has over 40 years in the Aerospace and Defence sectors.
