You will oversee program execution on time and within budget to successfully complete the remaining three validation tests in the program. This role requires integration efforts with Baker Hughes for full engine assembly and instrumentation integration planning. Job Description Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead development test strategy and execution for full engine tests.Ensures tests are completed on-time, on-budget, while meeting technical goals for the product line Conducts component and product integration.All activities that span multiple components and products and are concerned with how to integrate for maximum performance and operability.Manages product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down.Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams.Manages interface between components and execution organizations.Responsible for driving CTQ / Risk trades within the teams designing the components.Requires specialized knowledge within the function. REQUIREMENTS / DESIRED SKILLS Ø Prepare and maintain system components and sub-assemblies such as boards, test cards, end point devices and mechanical assemblies with minimal assistance from a higher-level technician. Ø Build systems with hardware and software following customer specification configurations. Ø Read, understand, and follow test documentation. Ø Start and stop test execution (manual and automated) Ø Diagnose a failure, record results and all required information with minimal assistance from execution lead. Ø Diagnose root cause component (HW setup, OS, driver, SSD FW, test scripts, tools, etc) Ø Assist in volume equipment upgrades, testing and readiness tasks including lab space alterations, equipment allocation/placement with minimal assistance from a higher-level technician. Ø Maintain and update execution platforms, debug platforms, software replication stations, database servers, PCs, etc. with minimal assistance from a higher-level technician.
