Thank you Eric Spencer for the amazing conversation about healing from the woundings holding us back. Check out Eric's work and remember: Are you afraid? Are you losing relationships? Good NEWS: YOUR negative thoughts are unconscious thoughts. They are woundings or projections of fear that your unconscious mind is applying onto your present moment experience. GIVE GRATITUDE. You know the source of your pain. Your wound. They are not true beliefs about yourself. You can heal! TIPS Step 1: Go within; meditate on your experience. Step 2. Accept your negative self-talk. (While counterintuitive, it removes the energy from the thought.) Step 3. Feel your feelings deeply by focusing on the body sensations in the body. (The Body Keeps the Score) Step 4. Analyze your experience. How are you viewing the situation incorrectly? What are the beliefs that lie in your unconscious mind that you need to change? (Changes your mindset to growth mindset) Step 5. Change your mindset to view the negative self-talk from a positive perspective (Heals your brains' filter from a negative bias to a positive bias) KNOW: -You Are Worthy (YOU WERE BORN WORTHY. stop letting someone else define you) -You Are Enough (AT THE MOMENT OF YOUR EXISTING. stop comparing yourself) -You Don't Have to Win (YOU'RE ALREADY A WINNER) -You Have Enough (You can choose Scarcity Mindset or Abundance) Connect with me: Amber Ontiveros
