Note to self - try to remain calm when coming upon an article which discusses limiting access to normal childhood activities to autistic kids... Newsflash, autistic kids are kids. They will be interested (or not) in TV and games. That there is even a need to tell carers their kids have the right to access media is mindboggling. That discussion of access further needs to be medicalised is next level. CW as this talks about ableist gatekeeping https://lnkd.in/e_6arBgr

Doing Good is a simple and universal vision.
We cannot thank our fans and partners enough for coming out to support us in the elements for our first two home matches. The rain couldn't stop us from getting all six points, and more importantly, it didn't stop you from helping us hold down the fortress. Let this video be a (very, very wholesome) representation for how we feel about our community after our March home games. We'll see everyone back out on April 13th for Autism Acceptance Night presented by Hackensack Meridian Health and our match against Chicago Fire FC... ...rain or shine 💪
