Learned something cool recently about skin health – and it involves fish of all things. You are curious right? Here it goes! Not everyone knows this, but those omega-3s in your fish? They're basically like internal moisturizer for your skin and aren't just good for your heart. They help reduce inflammation, lock in moisture and keep your skin barrier strong! Mind blowing right?
