Let's talk motivation. We cannot rely on motivation to get us started or keep us going. Some might even argue that it doesn't exist. Taking action is the best way to feel motivated. It seems backwards, I know, but we don't always feel up to doing the things that will help us in the long run. However, when we do take action, we feel great.
