TAPS Advocates on Capitol Hill for Veterans and Their Families Today, TAPS joined forces with our partners— the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), The American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) —to advocate for the Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act. This landmark bill holds significant benefits and resources for veterans, survivors, and their families.
