Stigma can be just as crippling as the condition itself. This is how a courageous guy living with cervical dystonia shares his struggles with stigma and discrimination. His experience is a stark reminder of how society’s perceptions can deeply affect mental health, leaving lasting scars. This reinforces the need to break down barriers and foster a culture of empathy and inclusion. We must do better. #MentalHealth #DisabilityAdvocacy #Inclusion #EndTheStigma"

🌍 When we talk about gender-based violence, it’s easy to focus on visible issues but what about those living with invisible disabilities? Survivors with mental health challenges, chronic illnesses, or neurodivergence often face unique forms of violence, from emotional abuse to neglect. Their pain is real, even if their disability isn’t immediately visible. As we advocate for an end to gender-based violence, let’s commit to creating safe spaces where invisible struggles are not ignored but supported with compassion and action. #16DaysOfActivism #InvisibleDisabilities #EndGBV #InclusionMatters
