At American India Foundation, we are turning this belief into action through our #DigitalEqualizer’s Project #STEMpowering, in collaboration with Covestro India. Recently, we hosted an incredible two-day Headmasters & Teachers' #Training in #Ghaziabad, #UttarPradesh, aimed at empowering educators & enhancing their capacity. With 30 teachers and principals in attendance, the event focused on equipping educators with effective methodologies to seamlessly integrate #technology into classrooms, advance #STEMeducation, and foster 21st-century skills like critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. The event also welcomed the esteemed Mr. Dharmendra Sharma, District Inspector of Schools (#Ghaziabad). Educators explored dynamic teaching methods like the Digital Equalizer Way of Teaching (#DEWoT), flipped classrooms (learn at home, apply in class), and #Edukit—a digital resource for #STEM learning materials. We're setting the stage for students to dive into advanced research, hands-on learning, and global-standard practical experiences! 2. Go Green with Solar: By 2028, 70% of campuses will be powered by solar energy—cutting energy costs by 30% while promoting sustainability. This isn't just about saving energy; it's about empowering students with real-world renewable energy projects and creating eco-friendly campuses! 3. 100% Digital Connectivity: Seamless, inclusive, and accessible education for all—that’s our goal by 2026! Upgrading digital infrastructure means every campus will be fully connected, giving students and educators uninterrupted access to digital resources, learning management systems, and the opportunities they deserve. 4.
