Rhinoplasty. Literally every person, once they start looking at their nose, they find a defect. At the end of the day, there's no such thing as perfection in facial plastic surgery. We're aiming to a smaller nose, bigger eyes and tighter skin. You really need to give about a year for the results to mature. 34 years ago rhinoplasty was a reductive process, removed all the cartilage and make the skin come down and then you're the end up with a very small nose. But problem with that, it collapses so much that you end up having problem breathing. The key now is. In the process of trimming the cartilage, we're also reestablishing support to the nose. And most of the time we do that by using the cartilage that's in the notes from the septum, put it back in the nose.
