True. And going even further, as healthcare delivery evolves and virtual care matures, we anticipate healthcare organizations transitioning from a ‘hybrid-care-delivery’ model (where Telemedicine is supplementary), to a 'Virtual-First' strategy (where Telemedicine is a default primary). This is obviously going to require us to move beyond traditional Telehealth systems and embrace a new paradigm that is supported by a solid, collaborative technology framework. One of the panel discussions at the 5th MENA Telehealth & Virtual Care Expo with Dr. Osama Elhassan, Rajesh Sivaprakasam, Dr. Lubna Tirmizi, Sultan Alzahrani, PhD, Mohammed Alhajjy BSN MSc CPHQ LSSGB DCP C-KPI and Louai Frouk Yousif, pointed to some use cases and examples that will reach for a maturity model of this nature.
