“This is about more than just the internet.” Toptana, the first subsea cable company owned by a sovereign Indian Nation is taking matters into their own hands. Reliable high-speed connectivity is essential to thriving in the modern economy. But many communities, including many Tribal and other rural communities, don’t have it.
