WHAT THEY DON'T SEE are on-the-fly agenda modifications and the coordination and logistics that make it seem intentional. This moment 🩵 One of the many that stuck with me and so many others at yesterdays event. Shout out to @cmorr_ who got vulnerable and shared a very real and relatable story that you could literally feel shift the energy in the room. I challenge you to ask yourself this question. ➡️➡️➡️ How differently would your life look if you didn’t act out of fear? ➡️➡️➡️ And if you felt no judgement? This one shook me a bit. And I wasn’t alone in that as multiple people shared a similar experience to this moment and so many others from those of you that volunteered to speak. When I post about our community, it’s these moments that I’m referring to. These are by design guys. THIS is what these events and the questions I propose in our breakout sessions are designed to do. Get real with one another. Because when we let our guard down and share with one another, we all grow. Together. And I can’t tell you how much I appreciate those of you that show up and actively participate like this. It means the world to me as your facilitator. But truthfully… It’s much deeper than that. When you share your story in this room, there is likely someone without a microphone in their hand that needs to hear it the most. And you sharing not just your career defining moments but truthfully, your life defining moments has an impact far greater than you see on those people. And that is exactly why I want to leave this here. Yes, this was a luxury real estate event and I’ve got a lot of great content and insight to share with you all about that in the coming weeks but today I wanted to leave you with this thought provoking question about fear and how it shapes our life. For anyone that is new here or anyone that’s made it this far in the post, I want you to know… This is what SDRP is all about.
