AMETEK MAE, based in Italy, debuted a new initiative this summer called MAE Academy. This program is designed to build relationships and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues at Dunkermotoren, a fellow AMETEK business based in Germany. Over the course of three-day sessions, MAE Academy participants gain valuable insights into MAE’s processes and key success drivers in engineering, customer service, and other areas. Participants also have the opportunity to explore the MAE headquarters – visiting innovative spaces like the semi anechoic chamber, motor life test room, and the electromagnetic compatibility room. MAE Academy is an informative experience that offers colleagues from both businesses a unique perspective on practices that make AMETEK’s cutting-edge technology a reality.
