You will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content that captivates our audience and enhances our brand identity. This role requires creativity, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of current digital trends and best practices. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 1. Content Development: · Capture and edit photos/videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. · Develop creative content ideas and scripts that match our brand's voice. · Plan and produce monthly content as specified by the marketing team. 2. Campaigns & Promotions: · Develop content supporting sales events, new product launches, and promotions. 3. Trend Research: · Stay updated on the latest social media advertising trends and goals in our industry. · Incorporate trends to keep our brand relevant. 4. Analytics and Reporting: · Monitor content performance and provide data-driven improvement recommendations. · Analyze performance data and generate KPI-based reports. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: · Min. 2 years of experience in photo & video content creation, content planning, strategy, or related roles, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle. · Located in Jakarta. · Max. 28 years old, charming, good-looking, and confident on camera. · Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa). · Strong photography & videography skills, along with skills in editing and creation tools. · Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging, on-brand content. · In-depth knowledge of social media trends, and best practices, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. · Able to work both independently and in a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. · Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.. 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬: · Contract-based · Located in Jakarta. · Flexible work hours, with the requirement of 1 pre-content meeting per week at our Kelapa Gading office. · Must deliver a predetermined quantity of content monthly, as agreed upon.
