How to win friends and influence people Ever read the classic book by the same name of Dale Carnegie (who hasn’t)? Now read some random ideas on the same subject:- 1. Be generous with appreciation You don’t lose anything appreciating the good while you stand to gain the person. 2. Be genuine Hypocrisy over time will be exposed. Be genuine with people. 3. Don’t argue Nobody every won an argument without losing the person. Go for open constructive discussions instead of argument. 4. Give importance Each man is important for himself. Give people importance and make them feel valued. 5. Understand POV Try to understand a person from his Point of view before putting forth your views. 6. Humour Everyone likes to laugh. Be sure to use humour but not at the expense of somebody. 7. Admit mistake If you erred, simply admit it and correct yourself rather than long explanations. 8. Smile often A smiling person is well received in social circles. 9. Respect Always respect everyone. The worst man also has something positive in him. 10.
