🚀 A Deep Dive into Quicksort: The Efficient Sorting Algorithm Quicksort is one of the fastest and most efficient sorting algorithms out there, thanks to its divide-and-conquer approach. It works by selecting a pivot, partitioning the array around it, and recursively sorting the smaller subarrays. This in-place sorting method not only saves memory but also performs exceptionally well with large datasets. In my latest article, I break down how quicksort works, provide a TypeScript implementation, and explain its time complexity. Whether you're sorting data in real-time or learning algorithms, mastering quicksort is a must for any developer.

Do you know the Boyer-Moore Voting Algorithm? Well, you should. It's a “majority algorithm” that solves the problem of finding the majority element in a sequence (an element that appears more than n/2 times, where n is the size of the sequence). The algorithm works by scanning the sequence twice: first to find an element that will be the “candidate” for the majority element and then checking if the candidate really is the majority element. It’s a pretty cool algorithm with a time complexity of O(n) and a space complexity of O(1). But why does that matter to you? Well, the algorithm is not just for computer science nerds. It's also a reminder that sometimes the best solution is the simplest one. So, next time you face a complex problem, ask yourself: Is there a simple solution to this that I'm overlooking? And maybe, just maybe, you will find a solution as elegant and efficient as the Boyer-Moore Voting Algorithm.

DAY 98/100 OF DSA CHALLENGE: Todays leetcode problem: Maximum Profit of Operating a Centennial Wheel(https://lnkd.in/gp9bsG3m) So, first, we check customers arriving and update the waiting queue accordingly, right? Then, in each round, we serve a max of 4 customers and update the profit. After serving, we reduce the waiting count and keep track of total profit. If the profit in this round is higher than before, we store that round number. The loop continues until all customers are served, even if some are still waiting. Finally, we return the round where max profit was achieved.
