Last Friday was filled with big smiles! 🏌🎄 Competing in minigolf with these amazing colleagues made it impossible to be in a bad mood. Our Christmas Party at Unify Partners also marked a special milestone for me: my first year with UP. The saying “time flies when you’re in good company” couldn’t be more true. ✨ While Christmas and New Year might just be random dates, the time always prompts me to look back. Obviously, not everything ever goes as planned, but focusing on the positives and allowing myself to feel grateful brings me so much energy. So here it is! 🎉 Some of the milestones, we've reached in 2024, that fills me with pride are: - Defining our Core DNA as the foundation for future growth - Establishing our joint Strategy25 for sustainable growth - Enhancing our service offerings with talented people and expertise in AI & Analytics, ESG & sustainability, and Supply Chain Excellence (you know, who you are) - Professionalizing our ways of working, both in people processes and in our services to customers - All the initiatives on being a great place to work: engagement dialogues, team workshops, and not least social events - Achieving a stable and sustainable growth of approximately 20-25% with an amazing team Being part of a scale-up company is incredibly energizing, and I'm already looking forward to my next year. As we wrap up another successful year, I want to take a moment to reflect on some of the incredible projects my team at Actiknow and I have had the privilege to work on this year. Each one showcases the breadth of our expertise and the value we aim to deliver to our clients: 🌐 Web App Development: We created a platform for an e-commerce marketplace partner that centralizes client, inventory, and operations management. Additionally, we launched an admin panel for an AI-powered trading software that enhances customer management. 📱 Mobile App Development: From a business directory app for US users to a survey app for a maritime pilots association to improve safety reporting, we’ve developed mobile solutions tailored to unique client needs. 📊 Data Analysis and Reporting: I’m especially proud of our work on data-driven tools like an AI chat platform that mines user data from inboxes and drives to deliver actionable answers. 👩💻 Remote Staffing Services: Helped several small and big organizations build reliable, time-zone-aligned remote teams for handling their operations, customer support, and data needs. One standout achievement this year was our in-house product, People Assay, a powerful 360° feedback tool that helps organizations track performance, identify gaps, and foster continuous growth. Looking back, I’m grateful for the trust our clients place in us and the collaboration that drives these achievements.
