Important Alert to Job Seekers We've been made aware that individuals posing as recruiters from Breg are contacting job seekers with fraudulent job offers. These scammers, often found lurking on LinkedIn and other job platforms, are not looking to hire but to deceitfully obtain personal information and money once the “offer” is made. Please be vigilant. If you receive a job offer that seems to be from Breg but haven't applied through our official channels, or if anything about the communication seems suspicious, take caution. Never provide personal information or financial details without verifying the legitimacy of the offer first. To ensure you're dealing with genuine Breg HR professionals: • Contact Breg directly using a known and verified phone number or through our official website. • Avoid using the contact information provided by the recruiter in question. • Validate the job posting on our official career page. Remember, if an opportunity seems too good to be true, it likely is. The Federal Trade Commission offers resources to help you identify and report job scams. If you suspect a scam, report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Let's stay informed and protect ourselves from these fraudulent activities. Your security is paramount to us. Thanks! Dear All, those, especially Indians ,who are wishing to get recruited for different positions, please be careful of fraud recruiters. I have recently came across such a fraud recruitment agency named CAREERGROWNOW with 2 people named Avinash , Abhishek calling me , sending me realistic email of job interviews and demanding a meagre amount to do the registration with them. I was informed that once interview is over, they may need some more money for document verification and job facilitation. But on careful online search and asking for valid references, I found them to be fake and escaped.Spread the massage but I am sure such people will change their name and phone numbers while the modus operandi remains the same. So, please do your homework, Keep your eyes and mind open, before going ahead with such recruitment agencies . #FRAUDRECRUITERS #FRAUDCAREERGROWNOW

🚨 Beware: A Major Scam on LinkedIn 🚨 Recently, many of you might have noticed posts on LinkedIn asking you to comment with your name and email ID, promising to send you a link to apply for a job. This is a scam. No reputable company hires in this manner. These scammers are taking advantage of job seekers' hopes and desperation. By sharing your personal information publicly, you are putting yourself at risk of identity theft and other fraudulent activities. Always be cautious and verify the authenticity of job postings and application processes. A reputable company has a transparent and secure hiring process. Here’s how it works: 1. Application: Candidates are asked to fill out a Google Form/Other with their details and resume. 2. Review: HR team reviews all applications carefully. 3. Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates are then contacted for further rounds of interviews and assessments. This structured process ensures that all candidates are evaluated fairly and thoroughly. Companies value your privacy and ensure that your personal information is protected throughout the hiring process. Stay vigilant and avoid falling for these scams. Protect your personal information and always apply through official channels. #Synexoo #JobHunting #JobScam #LinkedInScam #StaySafe #HiringProcess #JobSearch #CareerTips #Employment #JobSecurity

🚨 Beware of Recruitment Company Scammers 🚨 In recent times, there has been a worrying rise in fraudulent recruitment companies across the UK and only yesterday I heard about a candidate being asked for an IBAN number and his bank details before being interviewed or having a new job! These scammers are exploiting job seekers' ambitions and vulnerabilities, casting a shadow over genuine recruitment efforts. Their tactics are becoming increasingly sophisticated, making it crucial to stay alert. Potential candidates often fall victim to these scams through seemingly legitimate job postings or direct approaches via professional networks. The scammers ask for personal information, advance payments for expedited recruitment services, or guarantee placement in high-paying roles that don't exist. Such fraudulent practices not only cause financial loss but also emotional distress. To safeguard oneself, always verify the legitimacy of the recruitment company. Look for genuine business registration, consistent contact details, and credible reviews. Never share sensitive personal information prematurely or make any form of payment to secure a job interview. For industry professionals, spreading awareness and providing guidance to job seekers can be a significant step towards combating these scams. Stay vigilant, and let's collectively work towards an online job market that's secure and trustworthy. #JobSearchSafety #RecruitmentScams #StayAlert

Why are there so many scammers posing as recruiters? 🤔 Lately, I’ve noticed an increasing number of so-called “recruiters” reaching out, demanding resumes, and then asking for payments in exchange for job placement. It’s frustrating to see how many people are falling victim to these schemes. ⚠️ Friendly reminder: Legitimate recruiters and companies will never ask for payment to help you secure a job. If you’re asked to pay, it’s a red flag! Has anyone else been dealing with this? What are your thoughts on how we can spot these scammers more effectively and protect ourselves and others in the job search process? Let’s discuss! #jobsearch #scams #recruiterfraud #jobseekersafety #careeradvice

The recruitment industry has seen a recent rise in recruitment fraud. Scammers have become more adept at impersonating recruitment businesses, resorting to more sophisticated and less detectable methods. Examples of such scams include fake adverts on reputable and established job boards, and scams impersonating recruitment businesses via text, WhatsApp and email. It is important to remain vigilant and informed on recent iterations of recruitment scams. Verify on the website if the job is advertised, and if uncertain, call the agency. If you have been scammed, report it to Action Fraud and Jobs Aware. #fraud #fraudster #jobsaware
