𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 that the Hytrans systems are worldwide used by emergency response teams for firefighting and flood control. In over more than 60 countries! That's quite impressive right? 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗛𝘆𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀? Fire fighting of large scale fires requires high-volume water supply. Often in areas where the accessibility of sufficient water is limited. Other typical issues to overcome and to quarantee fast supply of water in emergency situations are: - the distance to open water - logistical challenges - time and effort to deployment Our high-end and reliable mobile water transport systems tackle al the above issues. In our recent inspections, we discovered that unnecessary cables in box culverts were trapping debris, leading to blockages and increasing the risk of flooding. This is particularly concerning given the frequent flood incidents across Malaysia in recent years. Using drone inspections, we can quickly and safely identify these hidden hazards, ensuring water flows freely and reducing the risk of severe flooding. As extreme weather becomes more common, it’s crucial that we address these small but significant issues to protect our communities and infrastructure. Prevent blockages. Protect your infrastructure. Together, we can take proactive steps to mitigate future flood risks. #droneinspectionsmalaysia #culvertpipes #assetsmanagements #dronetechnology

Floods and flood control - so many questions, and so many mistakes. Are we slow learners continuing to make the same mistakes over and over again? Why do we continue to build conventional dwellings on low on-ground concrete slabs in potential flood areas and areas that have recorded floods over time? Why do we not require a different construction code in potential flood zones? Why do we not construct specialized housing possibly that can float on piles with flexible service connections when occasional flooding occurs? Flooding throughout NSW residential areas has been occurring since humans started building houses, but we continue to build the same way. Apparently, we expect a different outcome - living in hope that it will not occur again! Isn't this the definition of insanity? Why do we not raise the levels of dams for the additional purpose of flood control in periods of heavy rainfall? And all this is without the apparent long-term impact of global warming - so we are advised. But how would I know?
