Amplified Team Training’s Post

This is a great read, and so true. Psychological safety isn’t about being nice and comfortable, it’s about being able to have open and honest conversations. Similarly, the idea of “Yes, And” is often misconstrued as just saying “Yes” all the time and being overly nice - when really it is a mindset about listening and understanding, and then building off of someone else to either build a better idea, find common ground/understand each other, or to steer a conversation.
