There is no absolute hard power or soft power, separately or independent , both are using as complementary for each other proportionary, for certain purpose , for justifying or supporting or covering each others. Appear one mainly in the front and the second embedded or hidden. Trying to use one of them only , so will not have the sustainable of success, just temporary , as per historical records empires ( as an examples). The effectiveness of hard and soft power approaches depends on the accessibility of power resources. Overall, it appears that soft power strategies are more effective in the contemporary international system than hard power strategies. Its different inside local communities and takes different shapes but based on same concept.
